Negatives: There was no vending machine near the room, and I had to make a whole travel to the lobby to get some water

Negatives: This property will literally steal from you. I booked and when I got there they wanted to add multiple additional charges. Almost the same cost of the room. I was road weary and left. Unable to read all the ridiculous small print while traveling across country by myself. I didn’t even stay there and they charged the room cost + $40+ dollars more in additional fees. After multiple requests and several weeks they still haven’t sent an invoice. Ultimately might’ve been a blessing I didn’t stay there given the horrible reviews on cleanliness. It was definitely an It was definitely a dark creepy atmosphere on top of creepy guy lurking and staring at me while I was trying to book another hotel in the parking lot. But still feel completely ripped off by the property and booking.com. There are extenuating circumstances for people needing hotels… weather, medical issues etc. The no cancellation policy, especially when you don’t even stay there is basically theft.

Negatives: The cockroaches crawling

Negatives: I didn't stay at the hotel they required to deposit I did enough for the hotel I was only there for a party at my granddaughter's 2 year old birthday party but when they asked for me for a deposit I was flabbergasted I'm 60 years old I don't party I don't wreck anything I just wanted to be safe and not have to drive home in that bad storm but because they required to deposit I had to go home and drive at 30 miles per hour I'm not very happy at all

Negatives: Why didn't like the fact that they stole my money $180 that I didn't have I am struggling single woman and a friend at that was helping me with the room for that day. So to put a single woman in her service animals outside because of an ESA that was with her it's pretty messed up and I am requesting my money back

Negatives: Need some updating in rooms especially the bathroom. Faucet worn out and exhaust fan in shower non-working. Could use some TP quality upgrade.

Negatives: There was no coffee in the room. The deadbolt lock was coming off the hinges. Almost half of the TV stations did not come in and the bed was lumpy

Negatives: Mattress wasn’t very comfortable, not soft. The bathroom floor behind the toilet was very moldy, room 128.

Negatives: Our first room had used soap still in the shower and the frig had frozen up so the door wouldn't close. Room #2- the toilet had not been cleaned and there was something jammed in the sink so it would not drain. There was something( I don't want to know what) sprayed all over the wall. I asked for cleaning supplies to fix these things and they didn't even have a toilet brush. So onto room #3. Room#3 was OKAY so we did stay there. I should get half of my money back especially since it was $250/night. Quite disappointing ☹️!!!!!

Negatives: There was copious mold on the bathroom wall. There was still hair in the sink. There was dirt and pubic hair in the bathroom. The hair dryer plug-in was cracked with wires exposed. The towels were threadbare and less than the number of occupants in our room. The TV showed static similar to 1980s TV. Unfortunately, because of a local college football game, we had to pay a premium for very poor accommodations. Staff was unable to reduce the rate for this subpar experience.
