Positives:
Location was great for the purpose of our stay - close to grocery and shopping made going home prepared much easier.
Breakfast was pretty good, and the dining area was clean. There are waffles makers (2 kinds of batter - one cinnamon roll, one regular), cereal, yogurt, fruit, bagels/bread items, scrambled eggs (a bit watery), sausage links, French toast one day/biscuits with peppered gravy another day, juices, coffee (caramel macchiato creamer was a bonus), milk, soda fountain (also bonus).
Negatives:
Pool area was completely overrun by 2 groups of extremely loud, rude, disrespectful middle school age girls with minimal or no adult supervision in the pool area. There were several adult guests that were there with the girls, but they were outside the hotel with a variety of coolers getting loud and wasted.
The photo of the breakfast area is not of the same property. No pancake machine or fresh hot oatmeal (warm water + packet = not the same) - bummer.
Other guests leaving their loudly barking dogs unattended made midday resting a challenge.
Hot tub jets are on a 5 minute timer.

Positives:
We loved everything, expect the swimming pool being closed. We completely understand it being closed due to the inclement weather. But we WERE really excited to use the pool. However, the kiddos were able to get a quick swim while i was at thw uofi for surgery.
Negatives:
I needed more pillows we found one more. Im certain the hostess would have given us more but we made do. We had bothered that poor woman so many times and she fullfilled every need.
