Negatives: There were no ice machines, and the one in the restaurant was always empty. Ice in the room freezer tasted funny.

Negatives: Stayed 2 nights and didn't get our room cleaned after the first night. Not worried about bedding but could've used more towels and coffee. Ceiling in bathroom needs painted. Breakfast buffet was missing pastries, milk and bowls at 9 am.

Negatives: The breakfast might have been good, if you were some of the first ones to get your plate. The fresh fruit was all gone and many other items low. There were no forks or regular size plates. Kids were grabbing everything everywhere. The tubs for used dishes were over flowing. The elevator, according to the front desk, "was over heated", so it didn't work, in this 3 story motel. In our room, the bathroom had a sliding "pocket door", which was hung crooked, so the top touched, but the bottom had a 2" space and therefore did not completely close. The caulking on the tub was redone, very sloppy and irregular, so there was mold on the uneven surfaces. The tub had two 1" dings where the enamel was chipped off. There were many kids jumping in and out of the hot tub, so there was no use even trying to use it or the pool, which was one thing we had hoped to use during our stay.

Negatives: Rooms were smelly, bathrooms were dirty, bed was made messy upon arrival

Negatives: My room was filthy and I had to wait 15 mins after check for them to finish the room up so I don’t understand why it was dirty.

Negatives: Several times we asked for things at breakfast and where told they didn't have it. The first time the staff was on her phone and hardly looked up. The second time we asked for brown sugar on our last day. It was the same staff and she rudly said they were out. I truly don't think that was the case. I just don't think she wanted to refill the container. She was an older tall lady. We also had the people above us who sounded like they were pacing back and forth while stomping. Almost the whole time we stayed.

Negatives: The shower had poor water pressure, found small amount of mold on shower curtain. The bed has worn area in center...where you can feel the mattress has lower spot. The sofa bed was only a twin...

Negatives: Found old used towel hanging on my shower rod, dry and stiff...ughhhh.

Negatives: We booked a certain room. We were told that room wasn’t available.

Negatives: This was the worse $150 I spent in a long time... we get there got our room.. was last cleaned 7 days ago...the elevator was broken anww we were put on the 3rd floor to carry everything up.. Room was dirty..didn't worked half the time... fridgerator was dirty the seal had mold growing in it... we started dishwater and it smelled like a backed up sewer... girl at desk tried to tell.me elevator and dishwasher issues was because of the weather... we came down at 9:45 to breakfast NOTHING WAS LEFT and the kitchen workers was more concerendd with cleaning up dishes in cafe part then making .more food...if u serve till 10:30 then do it... we almost packed and looked for another room . There was old food on headboard at top of bed... a Bobby pin laying on bathroom sink... kids running up and down hallway till 1 am... will never return and will NEVER recommend 301 Vikki
