Positives:
Loved the room. It was like a small apartment. All the utensils, cookware and dinnerware needed was furnished. Personable and helpful staff. Shower was great with lots of water pressure. and hot water. Tv in both rooms. Lots of anemities.

The bedroom setup was not the most ideal for calling it a suit. One tv no walk in between. Hard to watch when the little ones were trying to sleep. The prove was even higher than my daughters who actually had a suite with a bedroom and a sitting room.

Not run down. Pool was cold but kids didn't mind. Hot tub was ok.
Negatives:
Several times we asked for things at breakfast and where told they didn't have it. The first time the staff was on her phone and hardly looked up. The second time we asked for brown sugar on our last day. It was the same staff and she rudly said they were out. I truly don't think that was the case. I just don't think she wanted to refill the container. She was an older tall lady.
We also had the people above us who sounded like they were pacing back and forth while stomping. Almost the whole time we stayed.

The hotel downgraded my room from a 1 bedroom suite to a regular room due to overbooking that type of room. The elevator was also broken, and the pool was not available

This was the worse $150 I spent in a long time... we get there got our room.. was last cleaned 7 days ago...the elevator was broken anww we were put on the 3rd floor to carry everything up..
Room was dirty..didn't worked half the time... fridgerator was dirty the seal had mold growing in it... we started dishwater and it smelled like a backed up sewer... girl at desk tried to tell.me elevator and dishwasher issues was because of the weather... we came down at 9:45 to breakfast NOTHING WAS LEFT and the kitchen workers was more concerendd with cleaning up dishes in cafe part then making .more food...if u serve till 10:30 then do it... we almost packed and looked for another room
. There was old food on headboard at top of bed... a Bobby pin laying on bathroom sink... kids running up and down hallway till 1 am... will never return and will NEVER recommend
