I didn't like nothing about the motel they were very rude and acted like they were better than everybody else they talk down to me and then when I went to check out they said I left my room messy which I never did my room was clean

The room had a microwave that didn’t work. The bed linen look like it was curtains. The TV was very small you could hardly see it. The room was dirty, electrical sockets exposed. Some of them didn’t work looks like they hadn’t vacuumed in forever I would not recommend this to anybody, and I would like to have my money back, or stay somewhere else this was terrible. I had to go and ask for a garbage can unacceptable.

I refunded to stay because the woman was rude and difficult, so I went to the Quality Inn next door and Mike the owner had the best attitude and made my evening much better after 12 hours on the road.

At check-in, i had to ring the bell at the desk 3 times before someone came to the front. The employee was kinda rude talking under their breath to the other, probably about me cause i walked in completely covered in grease after working on my car.

The fact that I reserved under the false advertisement of a pool, even signs going to hotel lit up saying indoor pool. Got there paid for room and found out that the pool is not in service. The front office clerk proccreded to tell me that I could not get refund and then we argued and it was a mess. She was very rude and I will never stay at that location, not even sure I will stay at any of them.

When I checked in the staff was very rude. When I went to my room, the ceiling had holes, the first light switch wouldn’t work so I had to walk in the dark just to find a light that worked. The was a crack in the bed room window that made it cold. The heater only went up to 76 degrees and it didn’t actually start to get warm until we were getting ready to leave in the morning. Then there wasn’t anything that my son could eat for breakfast. I had to go out and get breakfast from someplace just so my son could eat breakfast.
