People screaming down the hall. Also when they reply card quit working for the side door we went and asked for the card to be redone and it seemed to be an inconvenience to the employee. It wasn't our fault the power surge made it rest for that one eoor

The staff, the breakfast, the location and the rate were all superior.....I attend an event at the fairgronds across the street each year in December. This hotel is great for both location and service. Every stay here has been wonderful. great staff.

The spa was being repaired this time...waiting for parts. The pool is awesome though and usually I spend time relaxing there and in the spa.... Next time for the spa....but this location and the hotel staff are midwest friendly and conscientious.

The room was filthy, disgusting smears all over head board, tables had juice spilled, paint peeling off walls, bathroom ceiling was rusted over and the walls was really dirty! When you turned air on it smelled like mold and mildew filling the air!
