The hotel staff was very friendly.

The parking lot conditions. I asked the front desk worker about the parking lot being plowed bc I have a 6 am flight. I have to return the rental car at 4 and he had no clue what time the parking lot was going to be cleared and I am stuck at the hotel with a risk of missing my flight

Rooms dirty and furniture trashed. Bed bugs. Ceiling paint peeling. No hot breakfast like the said. Staff sleeping at front desk. It was horrible. Other guests I spoke too also left and had to rent another room at a different hotel because of bed bugs.

The fridge did not work and smelled rancid. The pool was nice and warm the first day. Day two it was freezing and we had to ask for it to be turned on. We also had to ask for pool towels.

One staff member that was extremely difficult to understand his english. He said he did not have our reservation in the system and kept us at the counter trying to check in for an entire hour! It was almost 2am before we could get ready for bed and had to be up early. Horrible experience! The bed was sinking towards the middle. My wife and I had to sleep in separate beds in order to not sink as much. Breakfast was very skimpy and coffee had particles floating in our cups. Very poor experience.
