Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean. Towels were actually soft. Breakfast avaliable and restaurant availablefor evening dining inside hotel. Staff was very helpful and always present. I would gladly stay here again.

We thought there would be a hot tub it was paved over with concrete. Pool was ice cold. Signs of decay throughout the hotel they arent keeping up with maintenance. In the room the less obvious places to clean were very dirty.

Noisy! Very thin walls (heard next door coughing all night), loud humming noise coming from vent in bathroom, and room with Ice machine should have a soundproof door.

Bathroom had mold in it, bed was sunk in the middle so you would constantly roll into the middle of sleeping near the edge, ceiling had a large water leak stain on it, room just seemed dated.

The price. The stairwell was locked at the bottom to the lobby and was very dirty and people were smoking in the locked stairwell, isn't that a fire code violation?

Check in time was at 3pm and we arrived at 3:20pm and werent able to get a room because there wasnt a clean room available since they let a lot of other people check in early. So after an hour we finally got a room with a vanity that was falling apart.
