Negatives:
Breakfast this morning was a nightmare. There was little to no hot food, no hot water, when asking staff anything they either ignored us or got hostile about what they had. They ran out of hot water, so I took the container to the back and staff was pissed. This was at 850 ish. It was not clean around any of the food area, and no one seemed to care. I got tired of asking so I stopped.
I was surprised at the room cleanliness, as the bathroom towels were dirty along with most of the rest of the bathroom. We also couldn't get the room above 68 degrees, which was not ideal, but we were tired and wanted to go to bed.
