I requested a king suite and was put into a two queen room. Think that was because I requested a first floor if possible. After complaining, they put us into a king suite. The suite portion consisted of a love seat and no other furnishings other than a non-operational pole floor lamp. I was charged a $4 fee for which I have no idea what it was for. I was also charged for a $20 pet fee. The listing did say that they were ok with pets, but did not say that there was a charge for it.

Good location and a quiet room. They were able to accommodate a room with three queen beds and had sufficient toiletries for 3 people.
Negatives:
Needed a second night stand. And need to supply tissues in bathroom. Asked for 1st floor if no elevator. Didn't tell me that room with the three beds was only pn second floor with no elevator until I was checking in. Since it was only for one night, we were ok with that.

There was a big mouse running around my room in the middle of the night. I hate mice, and then this giant picture on the wall fell off and hit me in the head while I was attempting to ignore the mouse and get some sleep.

Refused service because I live in the area. I'm an over the road truck driver that is also remodeling my home. So I booked a room to do some major repair and when I went to check in was refused because of my residency.

The location was fine. The breakfast was poor. They only had waffles juice that they ran out of and bread and two types of cereal. I was disappointed in the super eight the other super eight that I stayed at had pancakes and bagels and sausage and yogurt and a few other things. I thought that this one would have the same.
Negatives:
Expected to have a decent breakfast so I could do the things I had to do and have the energy to do them.
