The breakfast was excellent. The facility was clean. The location was great for campus visit. Staff member promptly brought up the missing sheet for the sofa bed, and a blanket.
Negatives:
1) We made a reservation several weeks in advance for two queen beds, however, upon arrival there were no rooms of this type available. We were told that because we booked with a 3rd party (booking.com), there’s no guarantee made from the hotel about the reservation. Exhausted from a long car ride and starving, we were not about to go shopping for other hotels and accepted the other available option and one of us said to sleep on a sofa bed. 2) the thermostat did not have a “fan only” option, which is a shock given this is a relatively new property. Thus, the room is either stuffy, or either too cold or too hot. 3) hotel information says it has a pool and spa. There is no spa (hot tub or sauna, etc)

Parking wrap was so small and too much cars.
Staffs was not friendly at all after I asked them to changes my room because of loudly .
