The balcony room was really nice. It gave it a nice feel. I really like the comfort of the beds. The design and style throughout the hotel itself was really cool.

The rooms were really well decorated, and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub area are phenomenal. The staff is always bending over backwards to help whenever they can

The only two things I wish we would’ve had was plain black tea at the soda fountain, they were out…and a microwave in the room. Everything else was perfect

minimal staff and had to change room as air-conditioned didn't work. Also, order was wrong at restaurant and floors especially bathroom were filthy. Hotel has huge potential; they need to take better care and upkeep.

The hot tub was down and the vevt in our bathroom didn't work. However, the staff did have someone coming to work on the hot tub.
