Negatives: Nothing. It was spectacular

Negatives: Pool wasn’t available, under restoration. Would like to have known this ahead of time.

Negatives: The remote wouldn’t work for the volume on the television. It looked like the bathroom was started to be remodeled and then didn’t get finished. We didn’t know the pool wasn’t available.

Negatives: Beds were uncomfortable tub faucet dripping all night.

Negatives: Our first room reeked of something (curry) we had no toilet paper, mirrors were dirty as well as the bathtub and windows. We requested another room , staff did put us in another room which was short on towels and the toilet seat was dirty. The hotel was basically dirty and really needs some remodeling.

Negatives: let’s start with the pool was shut down then breakfast almost everything was out of order then while we were eating the lady came out and shut everything off

Negatives: Just felt uneasy the whole time I was there. No breakfast the first day, no cleaning of room, clientele left an easy feeling.

Negatives: Manager on duty was not very friendly. Had a picture of himself, no shirt, on top of the Christmas tree in the lobby, felt this was vane and in very poor taste. Hotel was right next to a truck stop that was very noisy all night long. Entered the room and the first thing we saw was a lamp without the shade. If there is a product of feature that is broken, it should be removed from the room. Shower head was the lowest I have seen in some time, had to get down on my knees to get my 6ft 2" head under the shower. On top of the shower surround, we found mold. The vent in the bathroom sounded like a broken cement mixer. Morning breakfast was the worst I have ever had. The eggs were hard as if they had been sitting for 3 hours, the pancake mix; we tried to run five cups through it and all had a watery mix, we gave up getting one cup of solid batter. The pool was also out of commission.

Negatives: The 1 staff member that I interacted with gave off a tone that they really just didn't want to be there. Very little breakfast choices. We found things that belonged to what we assume to be a past guest in our room suggesting the room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was no hotel provided soap or shampoo. No coffee cups for the in room coffee maker. Although the booking site said they had an indoor pool, the facility had been closed for over 1 year.
