It met the bare minimum requirements for a good, safe place to stay in that it was mostly clean (some particles visible on the carpet), everything worked, it was in a good traveling location, and the staff got everything required of them done.
Negatives:
The front desk staff were rarely available or helpful. They were never at the desk. I had to call them on their landline phone to get help. When checking out they didn't come to the front desk to give me a receipt even after I talked to them on the phone.
