The front desk person was very nice and accommodating.
Negatives:
Our second room stunk like smoke so then our rooms could not be next to each other which was inconvenient. The pool hours were short and the pool was not the cleanest. the ground was rough and it was cold. The beds were uncomfortable. The rooms were pretty clean but showing wear. Other guests were rowdy and loud with no action done by management.

great options for breakfast, traveled with little kids and it is a safe place. easy to get to, pool is ok (needs the floor cleaned in pool desperately) price was great, staff was nice
Negatives:
BEDS- so so uncomfortable, my wife's back still hurts 2 days later. my kids even complained about the beds.
asked for pillows for the pull out bed and they were out of pillows and covers
the beds are unfortunate because we were going to stay in November but had to cancel just because the beds were so bad. Maybe it was just our room I don't know

Hallway smelled like marijuana. The Continental Breakfast was average at best. The hotel and rooms need remodeling.
