I felt the price was fair and worth the clean room and the comfortable bed.
We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we come through Sioux City.
The lobby is warm and inviting, I Like the close access to the breakfast area.

The room was dated and located right by the train which you definitely heard atleast twice through the night. Our toilet would not flush unless we added water to the tank. The beds were hard and definitely not queen size (full size).

Heater was extremely loud and blew lukewarm air. Was cold in our room. The mini pillows were terrible, cmon give me a full sized pillow for the bed, TV remote was garbage, very helpful clerk gave me a new one. It wouldn't work either.
