I liked the location, the pool and the restaurant on site

The last day, while standing there brushing my teeth, I heard a weird water, noise and water gushed from the bottom of the toilet all over my feet and all over the floor. It was very disgusting. I called the front desk, but she says maintenance wasn’t in yet and then I went to open the blinds in my room and the string snapped chock it all up to a bad day. All the lady at the front desk said was sorry I was hoping I would get at least 50 bucks off or something.

There are stains all over the living and bedroom from the floor to even the wall the couch had a big rip in the arm of it and the bathtub was stained as well.
