Positives:
The hotel was great! The family enjoyed the swimming area and breakfast was delicious! Location was great for our walk to the event center, and the our rooms were awesome, spacious and clean! 10/10 recommend the facility!
Negatives:
Night time staff was rude to our kids in the hallway, yelling at them to that they could not leave their rooms at all. Otherwise all other staff was great and pleasant! Always look forward to a stay at Stoney Creek!

The breakfast was excellent. Food was a good temp and selection was nice. Again, nice and clean like the rest of the facility. Was a great location going back and forth to the Tyson Center

Breakfast was good but area was filled because of March Madness basketball games.
Negatives:
Only had 2 bath towels in room. (stingy on towels) Ice machines were broken on 4,3 & 2nd floor. How I know because I went down from the 4th floor to each floor to get ice. 1st floor finally had a working one.
