They double charged me and apparently the manager was on a meeting and the front desk person couldnt help. I was promised a call back within the hour. That was yesterday. No call back and I left another message. Horrible costumer service and if I dont get a response, I will have to dispute the charge on my credit card

The bathroom was fantastic.The toilet was a great surprise with the added baday.
Negatives:
It is known for it's bowling alley and upper level bar, that over looks the city. They changed the business hours. Its not posted anywhere. Not the website or even on location.I was just out of luck. I would not have gotten a room if I had known.

We had a coffee pot issue. After the 4th try we got a working pot. The staff probably thought I didn't know how to run one. Through running back and forth they remained professional and were determined to get us a working pot. Very nice employees. Kudos to them.
Negatives:
Rooms On the pricey side, but can't imagine what it cost to refurbish and maintain this beautiful building. Thank you for saving this structure!!

Comfortable bed big room amazing pillows, quiet.
Negatives:
No free breakfast, hot tub was Luke warm, pool was supposed to be heated but was cold, bowling was expensive and so was the restaurant. Too big of a hotel it's confusing.
