Booked a room with whirlpool tub looking forward to soaking in this after a long day. No hot water......went to take a shower in the morning and had luke warm water. Flies also buzzzing around the room.

When booking room time asked for arrival--we chose 2-3 pm We tried to check in a half hour early and the two individuals at the front desk were short and rather rude, Plus the additional fee of $15.00 for early check in is BS! If you were going to charge for early check in that should have been stated when we were booking the room. We told them to forget the 30 minute early arrival and checked back in at 4 pm. The lady that helped me was very helpful and friendly. We will avoid staying at another of your hotels in the future. We have stayed in many hotels this year and this was by far the worst ex

Location was perfect for our trip. Breakfast was standard and as expected.
Negatives:
Condition of room. Torn upholstery on ottoman. Towel rack hanging loose from wall. Wall light hanging loose from wall. Screen was bent. Neither pool or hot tub was available, this in particular is a no-no.
