The second room was nice after I got moved from my first room

I had to move rooms when I first got there because the first room I was put in was disgusting. They moved me to a nicer room, but then I had no TV. I had 2 hotel staff in my room for like 30 minutes trying to fix the tv and the couldn’t. Then they wanted me to move rooms again. At this point I was over it and just went to sleep I wasn’t moving all of my family’s things again. Then when I checked out I was told I’d get a refund but they refused to give me a receipt and said they’d email it to me. I never got a refund or a receipt. I’m not happy.

Not much- however the front desk attendant was very helpful
Negatives:
They had just painted the room and the smell of paint was very strong. Opening the window helped but didn’t feel safe because we were on the 1st floor.
We were unable to shower because whoever reconnected the shower head after painting put it in upside down so the nozzle pointed up to the ceiling(see photo).
The first room we were in, the TV didn’t work but the clerk got us a 2nd room
There is no way that this motel should charge $100.00/night.

The desk clerk, Annette, is so bubbly and friendly. I have stayed at this motel repeatedly for several years, and she remembers me every time, although it is usually a year in between trips.
Negatives:
There was nowhere to hang up clothes. The closet nook had no bar or hangers.

The employees were amazing, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable!! Excellent location and affordable. The pool was heated and clean!

There was nothing we didn't like! We'd only suggest updating the rooms with new bedding and curtains!
