The free breakfast consisted of a pot of coffee and 3 little Debbie oatmeal cookies to enjoy. That was it. Could have been a lot better.

the morning breakfast was non existent. Wasn't even coffee.

The first room we were given, the television did not work and the toilet was plugged. They moved us to another room and the drape was hanging off the window and the sink would not drain. There was really ugly water in the sink and looked like it had been there for awhile. They had no other rooms available so we had to make do with this room.

We reserved non-smoking rooms and they smelled like smoke. The room next door was non smoking and they were smoking in it and they had a cat the meowed the whole time. I have stayed in several Super 8's and it was worst I have ever been in.

Location was great staff was good but got to hotel was told they canceled our reservation, then got charged 3 times for it. They did give us a room for the first night but they were having a lot of problems accommodating anyone. Then when we got home they charge our card 3 time for 3 different stays. I called and was told that they only charged us once I am in contact with the credit card company to see if I can get it taken care of. Not sure if I will ever book again at one of these or at Booking.com

Bugs on the beds, nothing worked. Only good thing was it was airconditioned when we were suffering from heat stroke. We left the next day, didn't stay as long as we had intended.

Being awakened at 8:45 am by housekeeping wanting in my room was unacceptable. Housekeeping should start their day by cleaning vacant rooms. AFTER checkout time other room cleaning commences. Back door key entry didnt work. No ice.

Lack of Maintaince; broken toilet. Changed rooms; bathroom ceiling broken. Tv didnt work; ice machine broken. Dirty clothes behind chair when we moved ! No breakfast of any kind etc. I slept in my clothes; They should not be available on Booking.com
