People in the room above us jumped and ran back and forth all night both nights keeping us awake and a call to the front desk had no affect. If rules about noise and disturbing other patrons aren’t enforced then what’s the point. No refund or anything since we booked through third party

Hotel and facilities were great....

The staff as always were great. I have to be honest, I was a little concerned that staff may barge in again like the last visit. The Management were convinced that my issued room on a previous stay was supposed to be vacant. The Hotel was clean and breakfast was very good.
Negatives:
We were initially shocked when we entered the room believing that there was a massive blood stain on the bedside carpet. Thankfully it appeared to be ink. We did notify the front desk upon arrival that the smoke alarm was beeping due to a low battery. We were reassured that it would be changed the following day and that we may bring the dead battery to the desk at checkout.....

Motel is close to sister-in-law...
Positives:
Stayed 3 nights and never freshened the room. Left a note they couldn't change bed sheets because we had our own pillow laying on the bed. Had to ask for towels and soap and everything else we needed. Going back to Wichita to stay when I go to Derby
