Negatives:
There was no protein served for breakfast unless you want to pay 11 dollars. I was told only the cold stuff is free. Parking was sometimes tough to get a spot in handicap.

Someone decided to make reparations regarding the surprise incidental fee upon arrival.
Negatives:
Tried making direct contact to reserve to avoid surprise fees, and no one answered the phone.
Desk clerk asserting my phone didn't work, when I know I called twice.
