The pull out couch had no sheets when asked for some we received random sheets that didn’t fit the bed. The pool was out of order. there were dirty clothes found in our room. Room looked dirty. Felt rushed to check out and breakfast was bare minimum

Broken shower curtain rod. Several light burned out. Bed sham wrinkled half done. First day breakfast small diced ham low quantities of everything . Said truck didn’t show up. Floor was cement no carpet dirty. Cracks in ceiling in breakfast area.

The place was falling apart. All doors and walls were damaged and scratched up. Elevator was very shaky and had tape all over the buttons. Flooring was stained. The whole place stunk. Etc.

Front desk unattended twice when Service needed, breakfast not very good with dried out egg and cheese. Otherwise really glad we found this hotel.

The food needs some improvement. The bacon was overcooked. The pool area was not opened. The bathroom needs some updating.

The size of the room....very large and comfortable.
Negatives:
Bed was as hard as a rock to sleep on. Building construction was not good, you could hear noise from the freeway in the room with windows closed, very thin walls.. less quality than I would expect from a Raddison Property...Breakfast was not so good!
