The room was barely ready when we arrived. The rooms didn't have coffee pots. Than one rooms coffee pot filter didn't fit into the pot. Key cards quit working. Night staff and morning staff were much better than arrival staff.

Unfortunately the staff member that was in charge the evening and morning was very unfriendly and rude. She was not impressed that the place was packed due to state basketball on goers. The continental breakfast at approx. 8:00 am was out of biscuits, waffle mix, forks, fruit loops, juice, which were the main items of the very small breakfast. When politely asked if these items could be refilled, she appeared very inconvenienced and irritated, never giving a verbal response, typically willing eyes and walking away to refill the ONE or TWO things asked, rather than noticing the entire breakfast was empty. I overheard a man say, Oh man your back again! And her response was, unfortunately as she continued walking away in the other direction.
However, the facility was fine overall. I know the employee was stressed and overwhelmed due to the amount of people staying there over this particular weekend and it appeared to be just her attending to all hotel duties minus room cleaning.

Everything was clean, updated, quiet, And well appointed.

There was no little coffee pot in the room like usual. But no big deal. There were some issues with out-of-control children running up-and-down the hallways. But that is not the staffs fault. They tried. The parents didn't. Again, no big deal.

Room had half eaten food in fridge, screw on the floor (which my wife stepped on barefoot while going to turn on lights in the room when we got to the room after dark). Staff was not very helpful when we complained, they did remove food and vacuum but didnt bring more towels like we asked so had to drive with hand towels, booked room for 4 staying 2 nights we were informed to reuse towels. They are supposed to rate rate on second night stay but we shall see still pending full price in my bank account
