Positives: Location. It was close to the freeway

Negatives: The place was really dirty, window curtain had holes, bathroom dirty, shower curtain rotten and dirty, sink was not working, the microwave was filthy, with scorch food from previous customer, the back of the refrigerator was full of trass.

Positives: Close to amenities (gas, food). Close to the freeway.

Negatives: The manager wanted to charge $10 cash extra for a smoking room with no ashtrays, desk phone, had another adjoining room with a large gap under the door. The toilet ran constantly. The place was old and run down. It didn't offer much of a feeling it was secure.

Negatives: Please clean the dead bugs out of the light fixtures. I was glad I had brought my own roll of TP, theirs is the cheapest I have seen.

Negatives: The beds were hard, the fridge did not work, there were bugs in the room, and the bathrooms were dirty. Overall the cleanliness of the room were disgusting.
