Positives:
The location. It was near by a lot of restaurants.
The price. It was good for the price.
Negatives:
The sink was not working, but since we were staying couple of ours and were tired, we didn't say anything.
They knocked on our door before checking out too hard and scared us, just to let us know about check out.
The breakfast was not good.

The bathroom was not clean, the pillows were flat, the floors creaked and I felt like I was going to fall through the floor.
I guess for this price don’t expect much.

bathroom sink had no stopper, faucet was deteriorated, exhaust fan was extremely noisy.
Small fridge's freezer portion needed to be defrosted really badly.

Location. It was close to the freeway

The place was really dirty, window curtain had holes, bathroom dirty, shower curtain rotten and dirty, sink was not working, the microwave was filthy, with scorch food from previous customer, the back of the refrigerator was full of trass.

The manager wanted to charge $10 cash extra for a smoking room with no ashtrays, desk phone, had another adjoining room with a large gap under the door. The toilet ran constantly. The place was old and run down. It didn't offer much of a feeling it was secure.
