Positives:
Breakfast was available and looked good but we opted not to participate.
Negatives:
When we checked in we asked for an ADA room on the lower level and were told there wasn’t any so they assigned a room on the 2nd floor and told us we could use the elevator. After getting to our room we checked their website and found that there was indeed an ADA room available. For everyone’s safety grab bars should be installed in every bath/shower. The clerk however couldn’t answer the question as to whether there were even grab bars in the tub which there was not.
The toilets were very low to the floor making it difficult for anyone to get down to and need to be updated to today’s version of toilets available. They were nearly impossible for elderly people and persons with disabilities to use.
There was a small refrigerator with freezer in the room but the freezer was unusable because it needed defrosted so it was lacking a place to put food.

Positives:
Breakfast was wonderful, just like the stay! I loved this hotel, I will make it my go to when I go to Hutchinson. We have a daughter there and a new grandson, so we will be there quite a bit. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I have no complaints, except I wish I could have taken the bed, pillows and blankets with me. The staff was very nice, and helpful. A plus guys!!!

The water was hot hot!! and they still honor the bible. First place I have stayed in a long time that still keeps a bible in the drawer.

The floor was not level. The pull out couch in the king suite squeaked every time you moved and the air conditioner rattled like no other and wouldn't kick on like it was supose to so it was hot then cool all night.
