Positives:
Room was clean, bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was nice lots of water pressure. The young guy at the counter was very nice.
Negatives:
Pillows were too small and wore out, no ice machine on second floor, outside was filthy there was a homeless set up right beside the hotel with bottles of what looked like pee did not feel safe, breakfast wasn't great cinnamon rolls and muffins tasted freezer burnt and dry, one of the workers I think it was the manager stood and stared at us the whole time we were getting food it made us uncomfortable and felt like we were doing something wrong getting breakfast.

The Wi-Fi was terrible and it kicked you off every hour or so. The set up of the tv was terrible and part of the problem with the WiFi. 80% of the channels were in Spanish, 15% had a narrator, 5% was in English. Our room wasn’t clean. There was hair and stains on the pillows and sheets. Eye contacts were found all over the room. There was strange brown stuff on the walls. Our door was beat up and had chunks missing and that didn’t feel safe.

The first room I was in smelled of mold. I did ask to be moved, and she was very happy to assist. The next room was much better, but the security bolt had a screw missing. Just needed a little updating.
