The breakfast was fair. Cereal, pancakes, small oranges. The rooms were clean. (very important) They let us change rooms after the smoke situation.
Negatives:
Breakfast was supposed to be at 6:00. While we were drinking coffee, he started putting it out at 6:15. The pancake bag and syrup was empty, so we had to wait even longer. There was only one washcloth for 4 people. The phone was not working (it was plugged in) so we couldn't call the front desk when the ac started smoking. My main concern was that no one came to check on it. Was it still smoldering? We were on the 2nd floor and couldn't sleep. While moving to another room, we saw one room blocked off with caution tape. Was there a murder? Couldn't they just close the door? The staff Friday night was unfriendly and unhelpful. The staff Sat. am was much better.

We stay at Super 8's most of the time. This was recommended by a friend, but was disappointing.
Positives:
The front desk clerk was very nice and welcoming. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had just walked out of a hotel down the street because the front desk clerk was extremely rude. I will definitely stay there again.
