Negatives:
Booked a handicap accessible room, didn't have any when I checked in. Wasn't offered a discount or anything. Spoke on the phone twice, to 2 different people verifying I needed a handicap accessible room only to not have one available when I arrived a couple of hours later! Holes in the walls of the halls, light bulbs out in hallway. Pool closed even though I wouldn't have gone in anyway due to the poor quality of the rest of the hotel. Elevator is scary!

There were holes in the walls in my room. The curtains were torn, the countertops in my room also were worn down and the furniture was old and torn. The carpets were filthy. The walls and doors were scratched up.. The elevator creaked and moaned and metal on metal sound. I thought I was going to die when I was in it.

It was close to attractions.

Pretty much everything. The room was extremely dirty and torn up. The sheets on the bed were dirty and there were no pillows. The bathroom had urine stains on the floor and staff was not at all helpful.

Staff frequently came by and harassed us
We used to come here every year, but we were immediately threatened with the deposit they usually waive, and our stay was miserable. Major issues weren't fixed. We were left to believe we might be blamed for issues they didn't address.
For six years, we've been coming to this hotel for our getaway. It's away from the traffic of Planet Comicon, allowing us to eat and shop without stress or high prices. And until now, it's been fantastic.
Now, we wonder what could have possibly gone wrong. Everything has gone downhill. We did not feel cared for or respected in the slightest.
We would suggest avoiding this hotel, and we will not be coming back in the future.
