Negatives: Dirty, torn carpet at door. Need of repairs in bathroom, low water pressure at sink, showerhead sprays water at toilet paper due to curtain being too short to properly cover full length of tub. Shower and toilet area too small. No Grab Bars in bath.OLD

Negatives: Breakfast was pretty minimal, staff was cordial but not particularly outgoing.

Negatives: The price comparatively speaking. Won't go there again.

Negatives: Bathroom is very small, with no ventilation fan. Furniture needs updating.

Negatives: I think the hotel should reimburse some money because when we tried to take a shower in the morning there wasn't any hot water. We were in town to go to a funeral and this was not a welcome event to wake up to.

Negatives: Location was good

Negatives: Some lights and outlets had no power in our room. The bed was just a little softer than the floor. The bed pillows were the size of square throw pillows you would find on a sofa. Half of the water poured out of the backside of the shower head instead of the sprayers themselves. The tub drained so slow that after about five minutes of showering, I was standing in about three inches of water. Breakfast was subpar.

Negatives: First off they advertised room at 499. Sq ft.rm was 12 by 24 including bathrm .that is less than 300 Sq ft u have to stand up to close bathrm door .tv did not work we ask 3 times to fix. There was 4 adults. When confronting manager he was confrontational .we were 5 days never changed sheets.they did keep us in towels an take outtrash.when you showed up late for breakfast late everything was out I will say motel was full lots of kids( like every other motel in Springfield).that is reason we did not leave..motel kelp bring up when we stayed last time we were in handicap ( larger rm).when I booked the advertised 499 Sq ft. . I just thought all rm were that size. How was I to know either booking .com or motel mis informed about rm size.way to small for 4 adults for 5 days so when you look at rm size where they all say larger than most this motel need to say smaller than all other motel!

Negatives: I booked this room for my son and grandson to have fun during spring break. Hot tub was broken and pool was not at all like the pictures. Pool was full of construction workers the entire night and my boys did not swim. Beds were uncomfortable and facility run down and in need of updating. Feel like I wasted my money. Very disappointed.
