The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean. The bed was HARD.

Night front desk worker was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. The morning crew was cleaning and keeping busy, and also very friendly and helpful.

The laundry facilities where out of order and we had a very poor wii fii signal a lot of the time. The poor wii fii signal could have been attributed to poor weather at the time. Not sure

We did not wait long to get our rooms. Keys and paperwork were ready when we arrived. Quick check in.

I didn't realize when I booked the hotel that it was a party hotel. The vending machines were empty, and they didn't have a elevator.

Staff! Got there at 2am after a long drive. Front desk was open but no one was there! Ring the bell several times called on the phone and called out for help but no one came out till 30 min later..I understand if she fell asleep but she came out telling me she was busy and rude the whole time. We would of left if my room wasnt paid in advance as non refundable
