Negatives: They rooms are infested with bed bugs. I got bit several times.

Negatives: The front desk person was very surly and inhospitable. The bed was awful (sunken in the middle). The pillows were too thick and too hard--I had to fold up a towel instead so I didn't have a stiff neck in the morning. And worst of all, there was a bad oder.

Negatives: Bed bugs. Talked to the clerk, and he said the room had just been treated for them again. I asked for another room, he said he couldn't do that. The clerk notified the manager, I never heard from her. I tried to call her, but she didn't answer. I slept in my car, went in the room only to shower and change clothes.

Negatives: They blamed you for over booking rooms when they called me and changed me for a smaller room!

Negatives: Make sure if you require ADA access to a room, that you state it in your reservation or call and tell them personally. There are three floors but the first is down a flight of steps and the 2nd and 3rd are up flights of stairs. No elevators. There are some ground level rooms with doors that are accessible from the parking lot that are in the attached building outside but Im not sure how many rooms are there. The shower faucet had no way of turning the water warm or cold because the handle was broken. The smell radiating from the sink when the water would run smelled like acidic vomit. The toilet was VERY slow to flush and sometimes took three or four times to flush just the slightest amount of toilet paper. The bed was extremely worn out. Springs poked in my back all night long no matter where I laid in the bed and there were literally body shaped divots from where people have slept in it over the years. It was a very uncomfortable feeling. The key reset its self multiple times a day and when I asked why it keeps happening because I didnt have it anywhere near my phone or credit cards, I was told because the doors are old like everything else in the hotel. The lady at the desk was always kind and helpful but I think she spends the majority of her time fixing the keys or having to run up and down the steps to rooms on all the floors to try and help people with their doors. To finalize it all, every morning I was woke up at 8 am by house keeping yelling down the halls to talk to each other extremely loudly.

Negatives: My room had bed bugs me and me two children were bitten numerous times. Had the manager come to the room she caught one. They refused to give us a different room or accommodations.

Negatives: Check in lady was rude. No elevator, which is a problem when you have a heart condition that causes you to loose your breath easily. When my fianc was taking his bag out to the car the next morning, the same lady was back at the desk and she was rude again. Didnt even let us get out the room before she was asking for the room card and for us to check out. Room was small. Had to move stuff around to be able to get through the room with out tripping on stuff. Bathroom needed cleaned better. Paint coming off the walls. Lights were not plugged in for use. Need more places to be able to charge phones tablets ect.

Negatives: The bed was broke down with a huge dip in the middle.

Negatives: The breakfast was sub-standard. The only choices were toast, cold cereal, or waffles.

Negatives: Coulda used more plugins in the room.
