The room was a great size ( queen double). The beds were comfy. Everything was clean and looked updated. The free breakfast was very good. The staff was very happy and helpful. Very little noise and we stayed on new years eve.
Negatives:
The pillows are not the greatest. The towels are super scratchy and the outlets by the beds are very loose.

Rooms were very large almost like a suite.
Sofa in the rooms. Had even a coffee table in my first room but not second.
Negatives:
TV had many channels but it was hard to find one worth watching.
Lounge was closed 2 days around Christmas.
Heating system was a standard air conditioner at the window. It would make the room too warm while warming and too cold when cooling despite what temperature you typed into the unit.
Exercise room had no cycle to use and only 2 units, one was a continuous band so I could get some exercise.
Had same fruit out for breakfast for 2 weeks and the bananas turned brown and soft.

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived and receptionist said they would call in 30 minutes but after waiting 45 minutes, nothing. I went back inside and they said oh your room is ready. The luggage cart was falling apart and felt like it would break on us in the middle of pushing it.
