Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very convenient for me to have EV charging stations in the parking lot. Close to many amenities including shopping and Indian Creek Trail for walking. Would definitely stay there again.

The bathroom faucet could be reconfigured because when you turn it on it splashes against the bowl and splashes all over getting things wet. You have to turn it on very slow and just a small amount

The staff were helpful and assisted with taking things from my car to my room on check in. They were overall very nice to work with.
Negatives:
The elevator was down and I was toting items daily up and down the stairs. Toilet seat was not secure so it had to be fixed. Breakfast was in a bag which was a disappointment but adequate all things considered.

Elevators were not working. No one assisted us with our luggage up the stairs. Pool closed. TV did not turn off with remote. Had to unplug it.

Bed was comfortable, although there was some kind of crinkly plastic mattress protector on it which was quite loud when moving around. Wasn't a big deal for us because we had white noise machine. . Seemed pretty clean.

Elevator was broken. Spa tub in our room was broken. Everything seemed dated and worn with the exception on the televisions.

The staff was always very nice, but one time my wife had to wait 15 min for someone to show up at 7 am. The breakfast was just a bag "Grab and go" with a microwaveable Jimmy Dean sandwich, banana, and snack bar.
Negatives:
The elevator was broken the whole time & we were on the 2nd fl. And the door actuator coming from the pool would not work so you had to walk halfway around the building to get in the main entrance.
