Positives: Everything was perfect

Negatives: When we first arrived the lady at the front desk asked us to sit down because they were having issues with the check in process. We sat there for about an hour we watched her check someone else in but she never told us she could. I was sitting outside and I asked one of the other workers was there another way to check people in he stated she could just not from the other computer. He walked me back in and had her check us in. If it wasn’t for him we probably would still be sitting there.
