Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. State wrestling tournaments made for a very busy atmosphere but they stayed attentive.
Negatives:
The room was not a single queen like I had booked. I also did not like how the room was adjacent to the courtyard with separated by a sliding glass door that wouldn't shut all the way so it did very little to suppress the sounds of all the other guests as they enjoyed all the different recreational activities. Needless to say my door was getting smacked with ping pong balls almost every night. Then there was the temperature control unit. It didn't work. It would turn on but wouldn't push any air. They gave me a box fan. It was just an over all waist of money that I wish I would've spent at a better location

Positives:
The Breakfast was terrible. They had somthing that looked like a flat egg patty that tasted like cardboard. There was that and only a biscuit with some gravy available to eat. No sausage or bacon!!! Worst I've every had at a hotel. I threw it away after a few bites
Negatives:
It would have been nice if we would have hot water in the shower!!! The old shower controls were not working and would not go to hot water. Just terrible!!
