The young lady and gentlemen receptionist.
Negatives:
The room was dirty!! The bathroom had wads of dark hair all over the floor and tub. The toilet leaked and cycled every seven minutes. The fire alarm was dismounted with wires sticking out. The light was removed above vanity, and the hole was still there. The AC was so loud. Then to top things off, the foreign manager accused me of not being a customer and asked for my room number and what I was doing, while I was looking for the vending machine.

I can’t believe this is a Best Western property or that they have the audacity to charge nearly $100/night to stay here. It was dirty, has NO ELEVATOR, the furnishings are rickety, cheap and so beat up it looks like they fell out of the truck they were being moved in, there was no extra lock on our room, the toilet barely flushed, the floor in the upstairs hallway and in our room had soft uneven spots, the ice maker was broken, there’s no alarm clock in the room, the box springs had makeup stains, and it was basically the worst. This hotel shouldn’t be charging one cent over $50/night and even then it’s a stretch.

Gross, old, broken, no elevator...
Positives:
The room was not made up at all when we arrived. It was evening. It was filthy. No maids were on duty, and we were told it should have been made up. I ended up requesting sheets, making the beds. The lady at front desk helped clean with me. We were told this was the last room. Had I not been traveling with someone, and had kids with me, would have went on to somewhere else.
