Negatives: The toilet ran if we didn’t giggle the handle. The safety bar in the shower was coming off the wall. We had to have maintenance fix the refrigerator upon arrival as well as the tv. We had people partying on the tailgate of their pickup truck outside our room.

Negatives: The door to leave the building had something on it that needed cleaned I think it was food sauce? Also they are in the process of remodeling and updating some rooms so the hallways had some piles of old pictures leaned up on the walls.

Negatives: Did not like not being able to see the breakfast or having to wait for the lady to finish stocking to serve us. She was very quick and stopped to come serve us but that is unfair to her having to walk back and forth so much. She was very friendly but it just made me feel like I was causing her extra trouble.

Negatives: Cleanliness was lacking. Dirty carpets. Musty odor. No elevator for two story building woman at check in was very unfriendly and borderline rude. Young man was personable and friendly but woman put a stop to that. When I was leaving I noticed that a pile of fresh clean and folded bed linens and towels were left on the dirty carpet outside room 200. Housekeeping cart was down the hall. I did tell young man at reception that clean linens were left ON THE FLOOR. He made an excuse that these were used and from rooms checked out. I assured him they were clean and unused linens. This was at about 8:30 am.

Negatives: There was nothing that I didn't like

Negatives: I reserved a ground floor room with 2 queen beds. I was given a second floor room with a king size bed. We were 2 guests. We were not a couple so was not appropriate to share a bed. I have a disability thus the reason I needed on the ground floor. They could not accommodate us. They believed they solved the problem by upgrading us to a suite. Nice try but did not solve my problem being disabled. It is quite difficult to go upstairs with a walker. The water pressure was awful. Taking a shower was a joke.

Negatives: Checkin staff was blah. The huge signs all over the place telling me not to leave a thing in my car and you would not be responsible for theft or break-ins would have sent me packing before I even checked in if I hadn't already prepaid. I worried all night about my car. The halls were dingy, the walk was long, I had to turn even the air off in the room because of the horrible rattling noise it made. My bathroom floor was dirty, and I awoke to vomiting and wrenching in the next room. I will not be back. It was a horrible experience. Checkout staff was pleasant.

Negatives: After booking a double room with two queen beds on booking.coms website and driving 14 hours straight my husband, 18 year old son, and I arrived close to midnight and just wanted to get right to our room and pass out from sheer exhaustion. We waited in the front lobby for 30 minutes while the receptionist talked on the phone and made us stand there waiting. After getting into our room we realized it only had one king sized bed and a pull out sofa bed. I went back downstairs to speak with the lady at the front desk and she said that’s all that they had left so we were stuck with it! Go back to our room to find out there is no bedding for the sofa bed and my son to sleep on, go back downstairs again to tell front desk, she gives me sheets, and says there will be a pillow and blanket in the closet. Go back upstairs, no such luck! Back downstairs and she gives me one blanket and says they have no pillows! WTF!? By the time we actually get to bed it’s close to 1 am, worst sleep ever, lumpy bed, dirty rooms and we were too exhausted to care. When I told her on my third trip downstairs that this place is not getting a good review from me, she said oh well, nothing I can do! When I asked for a discount because we didn’t get the two beds we booked and paid for she said not her problem and take it up with booking! Horrible Horrendous Terrible experience at a hotel!
