The pictures on website were inaccurate. Carpets were filthy, walls dirty, stains on blankets and pull out. We found bugs crawling on wall, WiFi was down, dryer was down, no towels at pool. Staff seemed hectic and unfocused.

The location is good for me when I stay in Topeka. The breakfast is also good. The staff is friendly and tries hard.

The hotel is under construction and is a mess in certain areas. The remodel is very poor quality. The caulking in the bathroom looks like a five year old did it. The toilet lid was broken. The shower head is good. The sofa feels scritchy. Ugh.

One room we got the heater didnt work so we had to switch rooms at midnight. it was freezing and the temperature kept dropping. One of our rooms was gone through by housekeeping. We complained and was told that over 50 rooms were illegally gone through.
