Doors stuck. Door to hallway hard to open and close. Door to bathroom so warped that I could not get the door to close at all. Could be cleaner.

Room was OK, there is a coin operated laundry on the premises ( although getting quarters from the desk is not easy, made us buy an entire $10 roll of quarters).
Negatives:
Below average breakfast. Property charged a booking fee in addition to promised “ final price” listed with booking.com because we used booking.com—- this is the first time I have encountered this “policy.” At any rate this place is overpriced for what you get.

Dogs were barking up and down second floor hall in the mid-morning. Owner did not try to quiet them.
No TV signal during the morning which prevented me from catching weather. To be fair, while it didn't rain during the night there were lightning storms nearby during the night.
