Lots of fluffy pillows and very inviting until day 8 I was going to bed and there was a bug crawling across the same place my face had been. When I told the guy at the counter he said some rooms have them and some don't.

This is a older hotel. The appearance of the maintenance work was questionable, not very good at all. Maintenance work like wall repair work and work around the smoke detector. Cracked floor, damaged carpet. Loud shower that can be heard from others.

It was clean and quiet.

In a bit of disrepair. The parking lot was pretty beat up, and it's on a very busy street, and getting in/out of parking lot was a bit of a challenge at times!
Positives:
The staff was communicative and helped make my 7 day stay very pleasant. My family who live in the city would come visit and my great grandchildren stayed overnight and they loved the staff too.
Negatives:
The pool area could use some care, while it is one of the few hotels that still has a spa, it was extremely loud when running. Difficult to converse or hear children in the pool. One of the steel ladders was missing the rubber step grips.
