I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness. Breakfast was simple but decent. The area didn’t look so great but for the value it was great for an overnight stay while passing through. I would definitely stay there again

Bed was supper comfortable. Room was quiet, and secure.

Room was a little dated. Curtains did not close properly. Exhaust fan in bathroom was extremely noisy. AC was barely adequate and would be inadequate if not for being spring instead of summer.

The staff member knew it was only me in the room, she checked me in the previous night. A person called saying someone was complaining about a noise on my floor. She should have checked the cameras on the hallway to make sure it wasn't someone just running around. It was little kids running on the hallway next to my room. It was past midnight. She should have been more careful not to call the wrong room.

The pool was cold!!!!! Like ridiculously cold! No hot tub! And the breakfast in the morning was basically nothing.

Felt ripped off from the moment I checked in. There was communication pre arrival and I let them know I had a dog (in training) in my notes. They sent a confirmation (they knew I had a dog) and provided me a total. I thought I was all set but when I arrived front desk said there was an additional $20 dog fee plus tax since he is only in training. Of course they wait til our arrival cause they knew we were stuck. They knew he was in training the entire time. I never would have booked here at the new price, not worth it. And it's not about the money as much as it is feeling duped. Not a great night sleep when you have that on your mind. There are other nearby options that are actually pet friendly that I'd hope would not be as shady.
