We were denied a room, clerk said motel was overbooked. My confirmed reservation with Booking. Com was not honored. We had to find an alternate motel late at night. The hotel building was dark and unlit. A great setting for haunted house event or slasher movie set.

The hotel doesnt clean after someone checks out I went to a new hotel there was Taco Bell wrappers everywhere towels everywhere the bed hadnt been changed they wouldnt come clean it so me and my brother went to a new hotel Im still waiting on a refund

The first night I was assigned a room that wasn't made up. i was issued another room. After three (3) days as I was lying on the bed reading a paper some guy opens the door an attempts to walk in. I asked how the hell did he unlock the door and he showed me a key with the correct room number. He was confused and I was pissed so I went to the lobby office to see what the hell was going on! Supposedly I had been dropped out of the system. One wonders what might of happened if I hadn't been in the room? I had money and certain valuables that were assessable. I was then moved again across the highway to the Wyndham complex for the remainder of my stay. I have been staying at this location over the Memorial Day weekend for 10 plus days for several years. Will take a close look at other lodging opportunities in the future.
