Sonesta is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

Was a comfortable stay and...
Positives:
Conveniently located to the airport.
Staff was very nice.
Negatives:
Hotel in general is not well maintained.
Room specifically had loose tiles in the bathroom floor and a poorly patched hole in the door. Shower leaked on the floor. Room was quite warm even with air con on. Refrigerator was very noisy.

Friendly and helpful staff. Facilities were clean, albeit a bit dated. The location was good for where we needed to be the next day, but that area of Wichita is a bit rough. I could tell Sonesta did what they could to mitigate this issue, and I didn't feel unsafe during my stay. Overall, it is an impeccable value for what you get.

It's near a rough part of town. The rooms could use some renovation.

We were pleasantly surprise to find the place very easily and the parking lot and outside where VERY well kept!
When we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile and check in was smooth and uncomplicated! Room was very nice and was very homey and well kept. Everything worked as it should and we enjoyed our stay very much. We are hoping to find you while out and about and our travels because we will be staying with you if at all possible. Very GREAT price as well.

Some of the furniture was worn pretty bad....but still clean and ok
The location seemed a bit industrial and a little un-safe...our friends felt that more than we did...I'm used to staying near airports and the area wasn't that bad to me. Some of the clientel didn't help, but can't do much about that. Police cars in the parking lot late at night indicates it is at least being watched.

Clean, efficient, well maintained property. I didn't need breakfast or a pool, so this cost effective lodging was perfect for my needs. Very close to airport and shopping. Wichita is very easy to navigate.
Negatives:
Bottled water would be a nice touch. While there was a kitchenette sink, I would have liked bottled water for my coffee/tea maker.

I've been staying at this property routinely since fall 2021. I go back because the staff is always welcoming, the facility is quiet and feels safe, the room is always clean and the bed is always comfy. Plus it's a great value compared to other comparable options. On my last visit I inquired at the desk regarding the longevity of staff, since I had seen some of the same faces for the last two plus years. The front desk manager happily told me that several of them had been there ten plus years. I wasn't surprised to hear it, since I believe it speaks to the quality of the property.
