The eggs were horrible. Coffee was located in a different area. The waffle batter was so thick it would hardly pour into the waffle maker. Because of the density it wouldnt cook through properly. All-in-all it seemed like an after thought. Staff person came in at the end and added a few things half-heartedly. This is a non-smoking facility and the people in the two rooms next to ours were together. They used the latches of the doors to keep the doors from shutting completely as they continually went in and out and let the door slam repeatedly. They propped open the door at the end of the hall and would stand in the doorway and smoke, chain-smoking while the children were in the room. The smoke drifted back into the hall and the whole place reeked. That went on the entire time we were there. No smoking means no smoking! It should be observed and pointed out!

We had confirmation that we could check in at 9 am then when they got there we had to argue and show them our email then they didn't have the king 1 bedroom suite we paid $160 for she promised us we would switch rooms by 3 but then of course they STILL didn't have the suite so we had to stay in a smaller room (for $162 for one night, outrageous!) Their pool was broken then the 2nd room they gave us had a bed bug on the ceiling and it wasn't even night time yet, but they were very nice and gave us our money back instantly. I don't blame them at all as I feel as though it may have been from the people whom had literally just checked out right before they cleaned it for us. I know it happens to any and every body and it's not their fault but she was on the phone getting it taken care of instantly
