The tiniest soap I have ever seen,about the size of a quarter. $100 deposit, been traveling for 10 day have not had to do that.Got a bowl of cereal for breakfast they had no milk.Tried a sausage one bite it was way too spicy.

Breakfast was really good. The size of the rooms was good too. I like that it's close to major restaurants and stores.
Negatives:
The pool was absolutely freezing. The beds were hard as a rock and very uncomfortable.

It was good overall but...
Positives:
The breakfasts were excellent. Friendly staff. Management was very sweet. Picked me up at the airport when I was late arriving, then provided my friend & me with a ride back to the airport in her personal car so we could get a car rental.
Negatives:
The sports teams that were there took over the place. Kids were not monitored and ran the halls chasing, running & yelling. Parents were oblivious. Management should have spoken to their parents. Had to go after fresh linens. Only 1 wash cloth for a 2 person room. Parents of the team filled hugh thermoses from the juice machine in the breakfast room, leaving the machine empty for other patrons. Had a hard time making the kitchen staff understand what was needed refilled in the kitchen.

The pool wasn't working and that's the only reason I went there because my daughter wanted to go swimming. There was a sign taped to the window stating if you want to swim anyway let front desk know but when I checked the water it was so cold - way to cold for a child to swim in. I do have to say though the breakfast was good and the rooms were ok. The wifi worked well and staff was ok and to the point with any questions I had

Went to indoor pool around 6pm March 15. The filtration system was turned off the evening. My daughter and I did not swim because the water did not look clean. We select hotel based on the location and the availability of swimming pool =).

The rooms look just as they are advertised. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast is wonderful.
Negatives:
I think they need more than one person preparing food for the breakfast. The staff did a great job but I felt she could have used some help because she was constantly trying keep up with the demand of food needed.

What you served was not a complete breakfast. There should have been bacon/ sausage. Biscuits and gravy. I was surprised that these items were not on the buffet

The breakfast was hot, location was perfect with a lot of things in the area. The rooms were clean but could use some updates. But overall very satisfied! Will stay there again.

It’s not on the property managers per se but there were baseball teams in town and the noise at night sounded like bowling balls all night long.
