I was the only guest that night. The empty and poorly lit parking lot made me uncomfortable. I wondered if the hotel was even open. The machine to make card keys wasn't working so someone had to let you in each time. I parked my car at another hotel.

The friendliness of the staff. The price was right as well.

There was no elevator available to get your luggage to the second floor. I was traveling with my mom and she is 83 years old with health issues. Needless to say I had to make numerous trips up and down with luggageI definitely got my exercise.

Breakfast was nothing other than cinnamon bread, small cup cake and apples. Uncleaned vessels in breakfast are. No staff were available. No drinking water. Towels had stains.

I liked how close it was to the Turnpikes entrance to Wichita.

Room condition was incredibly disappointing. Blanket had holes in it, the TV did not offer a decent variety of channels (if i had children, they would have been very bored), the toilet was broken, and the Air Conditioner looked like it hasnt been cleaned for a long time.
The breakfast they serve is a joke: the scrambled eggs and omelettes were not heated and were very cold, there was very little milk left when I got there when they opened, and the machines that served juice were broken. I asked them about the broken toilet in my room and they told me they would fix it AFTER i check out of the hotel.
I had to leave my hotel to use a bathroom at a gas station and get food there too.

The toilet was leaking causing it to constantly top off the tank. Ended up shutting the water off to it overnight so it didn't keep me up.

Was not told ahead of time that the pool was no longer functional, the juice machines for breakfast did not work either, in order to receive clean towels on day 2 had to request in the morning, receive in the evening. Room had an unpleasant odor and ac didnt truly cool the room down much.
